Lynn began her career in the Theatre before accidentally making the move into television.
She worked at all the best indies, including Wall To Wall, Hat Trick, Action Time, MTV – and also with a certain Murray Boland – before joining the BBC in 1999 as part of David Young’s Development Team.
This was on a 3 month contract, but she stayed for 7 years – rising to be Head of Entertainment Development during this time.
Programmes developed whilst at the BBC include The Weakest Link, Friends Like These, Dog Eat Dog, Foot in the Door, Strictly Come Dancing, and Jet Set.
The week she was 40 she made her Mother worry by giving up her staff job at the BBC and joining RDF as Head of Development, to spearhead their charge into the Entertainment World.
Don’t Forget the Lyrics, Sing If You Can, Terry Wogan’s Total Recall, How the Other Half Live and Tipping Point, were some of the products of her time there.
Murray and Lynn were finally re-united last autumn when Lynn was delighted to join CPL as Development Director.
She is very happy and proud to be part of such an amazing and creative company.
Lynn’s Development Teams have always been very important to her – and she prides herself on finding the best in the business to work alongside.
Lynn lives in South East London ( unlike anyone else in the TV industry ) with her partner and a myriad of pets and children.
